📋 General conditions and reserve policy

🕒 Additional schedules and rates

• The extra hours will be charged at € 603 per hour .
• A traffic rate of € 25/nautical mile if you want to embark from a different port to our usual mooring in Palma .
• For shipments or landing at different points by means of auxiliary vessel, contact us to receive a personalized budget.
• The half -day price only applies for exits within the Bay of Palma , with shipping and disembarking in our base port.
• Additional costs applicable for drinks, meals and special services.
• The navigation schedule is customizable according to the client's need.

🚣 Activities included

No additional cost in the charter:

• 2 kayaks
• 1 Paddle Surf Table
• 15 snorkeling equipment

👨‍✈️ Crew

• The price of the charter includes 3 crew (Captain and 2 sailors).
• For groups of 25 people or more , 1 extra crewm will be added for every 10 additional people.
  • € 93.50 for half a day
  • € 143 per full day
• additional aquatic activities are hired , it will be mandatory to include a room crew for security .
• Special events , filming or other services other than our usual excursions can generate additional charges.

🍽️ External catering

• If you want to hire an external catering service , the rental price will increase by 20 % .
• In addition, a cost per additional person of € 143 for assistance on board.
• The alcoholic beverage pack is only available if the food option is hired.
• For security reasons, the captain may limit the consumption of alcohol on board.
• It is not allowed to bring food or drink on board.

💳 Payment policy

• 50 % of the price of the charter must be paid when confirming the reservation or within 8 days after the application .
• The remaining 50 % + contracted extras must be paid at least 15 days before the exit .
• If the total payment is not made within that period, the reservation will be canceled without refund .
• Options not confirmed in 7 days will be canceled or relocated at the end of the list.
• Reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance are processed by order of arrival .

❌ Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the client, the following penalties will be applied:

• Cancellation with +180 days in advance: 15 % of the reserve
• Cancellation with +90 days : 25 %
• Cancellation with +60 days : 50 %
• Cancellation with +30 days : 100 %
• Cancellation with 3 days or less : 100 % of the total bill , including food and extras

🌦️ Cancellation for bad weather

If the cancellation is carried out on the same day of the exit by adverse weather conditions and with the captain's agreement, 65 % of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
