- Additional hours are charged at € 603 per hour.

- A traffic rate of € 25/mile to embark from an alternative port to our usual mooring in Palmais applied.

- To embark or disembark from a different point in auxiliary vessel, contact us to request a budget.

- We have 2 kayaks, 1 Paddle Surf table and 15 snorkeling equipment, all included in the price of the charter.

- The half -day price is limited to the exits in the Bay of Palma, with shipping and disembarking in our base port.

- Additional costs for drinks, meals and any other service.

- The navigation schedule can be customized.

Reserve conditions:

The indicated prices include 3 crew (Captain and 2 sailors). To maintain the quality of the service, for groups of 25 people or more, it will be necessary to include an additional crew on board, and so on, adding a crew for every 10 passengers until we reach our maximum capacity (see above). This will involve an additional cost of € 93.5 for the half -day excursion and € 143 for the full -day excursion for each additional crew.

If additional aquatic activities have been hired (through Rafael Verdera or other supplier), for the safety of the boat and customers, it will also be mandatory to hire a quarter crew.

Additional charges can be applied for special occasions, such as rental for filming or other activities other than our usual tours.

If the client wishes an external catering service, the boat rental price increases by 20 % and the cost per additional person for assistance is € 143. 50% of the price of the charter must be paid at the time of the reservation or within 8 days after the application; Otherwise, the reservation cannot be confirmed.

The additional 50% and the additional charges that must be paid 15 days before the departure date.

If the 100% payment is not made 15 days before, the sailboat company Rafael Verdera reserves the right to retain the amount of the reserve without reimbursement and cancel the event.

If an option is not confirmed by payment within 7 days, it will be canceled or placed at the end of the options list.

The reserves made within two weeks prior to the departure date will be processed by order of arrival.

It is not allowed to bring food or drink on board.

The alcoholic beverage package can only be acquired if the food option is reserved. The captain can limit alcohol consumption on board for safety reasons.

All services are subject to availability according to the type of event.

Cancellations:

If the client cancels the reservation, the following positions will be applied:

In case of notification:

• 180 days before the date of the charter, 15% of the reserve will be charged.

• 90 days in advance, 25% of the reserve will be charged.

• 60 days in advance, 50% of the reserve will be charged.

• 30 days in advance, 100% of the reserve will be charged.

• 3 days in advance, 100% of the total bill will be charged, including food and extras.

If the cancellation is due to bad weather and occurs on the same day of the reserve, taking into account the weather conditions and according to the ship's captain, 65% of the payment made will be reimbursed.
