📄 General conditions - Season 2024

1. Reserve:

• first 50% payment is required when confirming the reservation.
• The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before the exit .

2. Services on board:

• They must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance .
• The number of participants must also be confirmed.

3. Changes in the reserve:

• Modifications within 15 days prior to departure will have a cost of € 50 per change .
• No changes are accepted within the previous 72 hours.

🌧️ Cancellations

a) Cancellation for bad weather

• If the captain decides to cancel the exit by adverse weather conditions, 100% of the paid amount will be reimbursed.

b) Cancellation by the client:

• More than 90 days before: total reimbursement
• Between 90 and 60 days before: penalty of 12.5% of the total
• Between 60 and 30 days before: 25 % of the total
• Between 30 and 15 days before: 50 % of the total
• Less than 15 days before: penalty of the total amount reserved , including services
