GENERAL CONDITIONS 2024:

1) The first payment of 50% of the total will be made at the time of reservation.

2) The remaining payment of 50% will be made by the deadline 15 days before the departure of the catamaran and, therefore, if any service is desired on board, it must be specified at least 3 weeks before departure, as well as the number of participants.

    In case of changes to the number of participants or the services contracted within 15 days prior to departure, €50 must be paid as management fees for each change requested. No changes will be allowed within 72 hours prior to departure.

    a.) In case of cancellation of the departure due to adverse weather conditions, a decision made by the Catamaran Skipper, the payments received will be returned in full and there will be no cancellation costs.

    b.) When the cancellation of the departure occurs unilaterally by the client, the cancellation costs will depend on the advance notice with which it is communicated:

         to. In the event of a cancellation notified more than 90 days prior to the reserved departure, there will be no cancellation fees, and payments received on account will be returned in full.

          b. In the event of a cancellation communicated within 90 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation fees will be 25% of the first payment corresponding only to the catamaran rental, that is, 12.5% ​​of the total amount of the catamaran rental.

          c. In the event of a cancellation communicated within 60 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation costs will be 50% of the first payment corresponding only to the catamaran rental, that is, 25% of the total amount of the catamaran rental.

          d. In the event of a cancellation communicated within 30 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation fees will be 100% of the first payment corresponding only to the catamaran rental, that is, 50% of the total amount of the catamaran rental.

          and. In the event of a cancellation communicated within 15 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation fees will be 100% of the total amount of the reserved departure with all its services.
