Imagine yourself aboard a 12-meter-long Benneteau sailboat, sailing through the blue waters of the east coast of Mallorca, tasting the typically Mediterranean delicacies prepared by the Chef/captain, always accompanied by a very cold cava or a fresh wine harmonized with the tasting menu.
The Chef has been working with haute cuisine for more than 30 years, having studied at famous institutes around the world. Like him, he has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. And for more than 15 years he headed his gastronomy institute in São Paulo, Brazil. He is associated with the ICIF (Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners), one of the most prestigious schools in Italy.
As a captain, he has been aboard ships since he was seven years old, where he already accompanied his father on fishing and sailing trips. He has five seasons combining his two great passions, good food and sailing, in Cala D'Or. Where he feels fulfilled.

During this GASTROBOAT EXPERIENCE the Chef prepares four starters, main course and dessert in front of you. You will taste delicious Mediterranean dishes, such as their Italian family recipe for caponata and Nico's Style fresh fish and prawns, with fresh products from the Island. Premium open bar with natural brut cava, white or rosé wine from Spanish Rioja, cold beer and soft drinks, from the beginning to the end. Nico will take care of everything while you have fun in the waters of the eastern coast of the Mediterranean. As always, with the highest quality selected, by him personally.
Depending on the wind and sea. We will choose if we go south or north.
If we go south, we recommend going to the Es Pontàs and Mondrago Natural Park
If we go north, we can go to the small coves we have like Mitjana, Sa Nau, Marçal.
